Our team welcomed a new roster of talented nail artists as Leafgel educators this week!

After such a long time since the COVID-19 pandemic, we were so excited this month to open our doors to nail artists across the country. While we were thrilled to offer online seminars throughout the past few years, hosting this spring's Leafgel educator seminars was particularly cheerful for Zillabeau, due to such a long absence from our in-person classes!

Leafgel's Level 1-5 Seminar commenced this May, with courses that detailed both basic and expert techniques for Japanese potted gel.

Our spring seminar for Japanese potted nail gel polish was led by master nail educators, Junko Sensei (@nail_space_junx) as she provided guidance and nuanced support through the Leafgel textbooks. 

It was so exciting to meet students from all over the country, from the West Coast, the South, the Midwest, and the Pacific Northwest! We're so proud of all of our students who grew their nail technician skills to the next level.

Our Japanese Gel Technician Seminar

The seminar, facilitated by Zillabeau over three days, covered topics from water care, free design, one color, tip overlay, sculpting, and essential cuticle care. The seminar concluded with three exams, each of which are proctored by trained experts in Japanese potted gel application.

After the first two days, our team celebrated the Leafgel students passing the first three levels (Levels 1-3) with a certification ceremony!

We organized an exam cycle for the third day based on topics ranging from water care, free design, one color, tip overlay, sculpting, and essential cuticle care. The seminar concluded with three exams, each of which are proctored by trained experts in Japanese potted gel application.
