Shipping & Returns
If you'd like to return an item for any reason, send us an email to zilla@zillabeau.com with the order#, and item you'd like to return.
*Please note:
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery (unused, unopened, original condition).
- 10% restocking fee for domestic orders, 15% for international orders.
- Customer pays return shipping of $7 unless it's due to a manufacturer’s defect, shipping damage, or our error.
- No restocking fee for returns due to defects or our mistakes.
- Returns after 15 days may be refused.
- Clearance & Damaged products are Final Sale
All orders are typically shipped within 1 business day and 5-10 business days during busy seasons such as Black Friday.
If you haven't received your package, please call the carrier and have your tracking number ready so that they can investigate.
If you're still unable to find your package send us an email at zilla@zillabeau.com with your order number.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened items. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before submitting it.
All purchases made during sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
At this time, we cannot accommodate exchanges. However, if your order has not yet shipped and you need to make a change, please email us at zilla@zillabeau.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Pricing
you do not use the same email address for each transaction, the code will not apply. If this is the case, please make sure you are using the correct email address when placing your order.
Some discount codes can only be used a certain number of times. If you have reached the limit on the discount code, it will no longer work.

Products
All of our products are 10-free. 10-free means that our polishes do not contain dibutyl phthalate, TPHP, toluene, xylene, ethyl tosylamide, camphor, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, parabens, and tert-butyl hydroperoxide.

Our gels are hypoallergenic and long-lasting + easy to remove. Among all brands, Leafgel base and top are the most used gels by top nail salons such as Vanity Projects, Akiko Nails, Bisou Nails in NYC, and many other major salons throughout the world. From The Nail, Tiny, and Fiote are also very popular and trusted in the nail industry.
If you purchased an item that is under warranty we can repair or fix the item within 1 year of the purchase date. If you'd like to use the warranty, please send us an image/video of the product showing that it needs repair/replacement to zilla@zillabeau.com and we will send a return label. Once received, we will send a replacement or repair the item within 1-2 business days.
When HEMA levels are under 25%, it is perfectly safe for gel nails. Many of our brands such as Leafgel contain levels well under 25% and are also 10-free. Gel Monsta & Mithmillo are exceptions where they are completely HEMA-free and are also vegan certified.
At Zillabeau, we aim for perfection with every order. If your package arrives with any issues, such as damage, defects, or an incorrect item, please let us know within 10 days of receiving your order so we can assist you. Email us at zilla@zillabeau.com, and we'll work to resolve it promptly. Damage refers to internal issues or leaks, not small cosmetic flaws.Regrettably, we are unable to provide replacements for mistakes on the customer's end or for claims beyond the 10-day window. Refunds or replacements will be at Zillabeau’s discretion.
