Return policy
*Return Policy is subject to change without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to check the policy prior to making any new purchases.
You may return items within 15 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to domestic returns, while international orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. A $7 return shipping fee will also be charged. Items that are not in unused, unopened, and original condition are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturer defects or shipping damage.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns. However, Zillabeau will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part. Returns due to manufacturer’s defect or our error will not incur a restocking fee.
Please understand that charging a restocking fee on returns is necessary to cover costs associated with processing your order. Returns received after 15 days of delivery may be refused, depending on the situation. We appreciate your promptness in handling returns.
Refund Policy
Returns made to zillabeau.com will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
Shipping Policy
Free shipping is valid on orders of $100 or more for customers in the USA, after promotions and discounts are applied. Packaging, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Eligible customers must select this option during checkout in order to receive free shipping.
If you order contains 'Pre-order' items, your order will be shipped together when the pre-order items become available in stock and ready to ship.
If an item is returned due to an address mistake by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to re-ship the item to the correct address. If the package is lost due to an address mistake by the customer, the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier and the customer will not be given a replacement package. If the package is lost because of faults from the carrier, then Zilabeau LLC will file a claim with the carrier and the customer will receive a replacement package. If an item is returned due to the mistake of Zilabeau LLC, Zilabeau LLC will cover the shipping cost to re-ship the item.
