By making a purchase at zillabeau.com, you acknowledge that you have read the return policy of zillabeau.com as mentioned on this page and agree to abide by them.
Any disputes arising between person(s) and zillabeau.com will be settled by arbitration with a neutral third party in the state of New Jersey.
Return Policy
This Return Policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing the policy before making a purchase.
To initiate a return, log into your account, locate your order, and select “Request Return.” If this option is unavailable, contact us at zilla@zillabeau.com.
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition to be eligible.
A 10% restocking fee applies to domestic returns.
A 15% restocking fee applies to international returns.
A $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds.
Returns that do not meet eligibility requirements will be refused.
Exceptions
If the return is due to a manufacturer defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part:
No restocking fee will be applied
Return shipping will be covered by Zillabeau
Returns requested or received after 15 days may be denied at our discretion.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once the return is received and approved.
Refund requests outside a reasonable timeframe may not be processed.

Shipping Policy
Free shipping is available on U.S. orders of $100 or more (after discounts are applied).
Taxes, shipping fees, and prior purchases do not count toward the minimum threshold.
Free shipping must be selected at checkout.
Pre-Orders
Orders containing pre-order items may ship separately.
In-stock items will ship first.
Pre-order items may take 2 weeks to 3 months to be processed and shipped.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
If a package is lost due to an incorrect address, the customer must file a claim with the carrier. No replacements or refunds will be issued.
Carrier Issues
If a package is lost due to carrier error, Zillabeau will file a claim and provide a replacement upon approval.
If the error is on our end, we will cover reshipping costs.
Order Cancellation & Changes
Orders are processed quickly; changes or cancellations must be requested within 5–10 minutes of placing the order.
After this timeframe, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Payment Method Errors
Contact us within 5–10 minutes if the wrong payment method was used, we may be able to cancel your order.
Once an order has been processed, payment methods cannot be changed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
Opened or used products
Clearance or sale items
Gift cards
Items marked “Final Sale”
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include clear photos of the item and packaging
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
We reserve the right to dispute all fraudulent or invalid chargebacks.
