Questions
When do my order points show up?
30 days after your order is paid, so returns and cancellations can settle first. You'll see them as "on the way" until then.
Do my points expire?
Points expire if there's no points activity (earning or using points) for 12 months. We email you 30 days and 7 days before.
Where can I use my points?
On any product, with a minimum order of $10. One code per order; it can't be combined with other discount codes.
I had points with Smile. Are they here?
Yes. All Smile points moved over automatically. If something looks wrong, contact us and we'll fix it.
