Zilla+ is Zillabeau's paid membership. It renews automatically until you cancel. This page explains the price, renewal, how to cancel online and our refund rule.
Price and billing
- Monthly plan: $25 per month. You are charged when you join, then every month on the same date.
- Annual plan: $199 per year. You are charged when you join, then every year on the same date.
- Licensed nail techs approved through our Zilla Pro program receive a code for 50% off ($12.50 per month or $99.50 per year).
- Prices are in U.S. dollars, plus any applicable tax. There is no minimum term.
Automatic renewal
Zilla+ renews automatically at the price of the plan you chose until you cancel. Your next renewal date is shown on your membership page. If the price ever changes, we will email you before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it does.
How to cancel
Cancel anytime online: sign in to your Zillabeau account, open your membership page and choose Cancel. You can also skip or pause from the same page. Cancelling stops all future charges.
If you have any trouble cancelling online, email zilla@zillabeau.com or call (201) 308-1530 and we will cancel it for you.
Refunds
Membership fees already charged are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or if we charged you in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a renewal charged after you cancelled). Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
