Free shipping is valid on orders of $100 or more for customers in the USA, after promotions and discounts are applied. Packaging, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Eligible customers must select this option during checkout in order to receive free shipping.
If you order contains 'Pre-order' items, your order will be shipped together when the pre-order items become available in stock and ready to ship.
If an item is returned due to an address mistake by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to re-ship the item to the correct address. If the package is lost due to an address mistake by the customer, the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier and the customer will not be given a replacement package. If the package is lost because of faults from the carrier, then Zilabeau LLC will file a claim with the carrier and the customer will receive a replacement package. If an item is returned due to the mistake of Zilabeau LLC, Zilabeau LLC will cover the shipping cost to re-ship the item.
