Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on U.S. orders of $125 or more after promotions and discounts are applied. Packaging charges, taxes, and prior purchases do not count toward the minimum. To receive free shipping, select the free shipping option at checkout.

Pre-Orders
If your order includes pre-order items, in-stock items ship first and the pre-order items ship separately as soon as they arrive. If you would prefer to receive everything in one package, email zilla@zillabeau.com with your order number and we will hold the whole order until every item is ready to ship.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping it to the correct address.

If a package is lost because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier. We cannot provide a replacement in these cases.

Carrier Errors
If a package is lost due to an error by the carrier, Zillabeau will file a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement.

Our Errors
If a package is returned due to an error on our part, Zillabeau will cover the cost of reshipping it.
