So bright the cameras has a hard time picking up the true color. It’s so much brighter in person. Perfect for black light. It’s truly a neon. Fantastic! The only drawback is that you have to put it on the nails in 2-3 thin coats or it clumps and never smooths out. But, the color is worth it.
