Wasn't super clear how to use this product, I had to do a lot of research to figure out what it was because it's not a top coat like I thought. It's best used to level out textured polishes like glitters, or use around gemstones to seal them. It's NOT a top coat. It will never not have a tacky layer no matter how long you cure it for.
