I didn’t enjoy my experience being a member. None of the items that I was interested in getting were available. Most of your sets or collections were sold out for 3+ weeks, which is why I decided to not renew the following months membership, although I do understand that if products are very popular, they are bound to be sold out. Worked great the first month I got it for Black Friday sale. Then I realized most of their store is constantly out of stock, and this last order I placed is now arriving 10 days after I ordered. Not sure how that’s worth $25/month…

I really do love that I can get Korean products. My clients are really enjoying the quality that I’m able to provide with them. Although, I am disappointed that I pay the monthly fee and my past few orders are either getting lost in the mail or are constantly delayed. Also had a shipment lost and then 2 of the products I was in need of were then sold out, so I am not without when I expected to have them weeks ago. Unfortunately I’m not getting my product orders in at the expected expedited rate that is promised.
So if you are replenishing products you use often beware, I would order well before you are close to finishing a product for back up so you aren’t without it all together.
I hope to have better experiences moving forward considering the amount of money I have invested for my business already in this supply company.
